Request a courier delivery

Use Courier when you need a rider to pick up and deliver an item that is not part of a store order.

1. Open Courier from the customer app.
2. Enter the pickup and drop-off locations.
3. Add the item details and any instructions the courier should know.
4. Review the price and route preview.
5. Confirm the request and track the courier from your order screen.

• Do not send prohibited, unsafe, illegal, or poorly packaged items. The courier may refuse pickup if the item cannot be transported safely.
