Update your rider profile
Change rider name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
Your rider profile is used for courier operations and support. Keep it accurate so Scoco can contact you about deliveries and payouts.
- Open the Scoco partner app.
- Go to Menu, then Profile.
- Choose Edit profile, Profile image, Name, Email, or Phone number.
- Make your change and follow any verification steps shown in the app.
- Phone number changes may require OTP verification before they become active.
