Go online and receive delivery requests
Make yourself available for courier and store delivery requests.
- Open the partner app and sign in as a rider.
- Check that location permission is enabled.
- Use the availability control on the rider home screen to go online.
- Stay near your operating area and keep the app open.
- Accept requests you can complete safely and on time.
- If the app cannot read your location, you may not receive requests. Check device location settings and your internet connection.
