Use Say it, Get it

Say it, Get it is for requests that are easier to explain by voice. Tell us what you want, where it should come from if you know, and any important preferences.

1. Tap Say it, Get it or Voice order in the customer app.
2. Record your request clearly.
3. Send the voice note and wait for Scoco to review it.
4. Review the quote or response when it is ready.
5. Accept and pay if you want Scoco to continue with the order.
