Request a withdrawal
Add payout numbers and withdraw eligible store earnings.
- Open Wallet, Earnings, or Withdrawals in the vendor dashboard.
- Add a payout number if one has not been set up.
- Review the available balance and withdrawal history.
- Request a withdrawal for an eligible amount.
- Check the withdrawal status from the same page.
- Only authorised team members can manage payouts. Ask the store owner or an admin to update permissions if you cannot see payout controls.
