Verify your identity

Scoco may ask for identity verification for account safety, payment protection, or certain delivery types.

1. Open Account, then go to ID verification.
2. Enter the required Ghana Card details.
3. Take a clear photo when the app opens the camera.
4. Submit the verification and wait for the result.

• Make sure the ID is yours and the details are readable. A blurred or cropped image can delay approval.
